What will be the Net Collections of Ek Tha Tiger if critics give positive reviews ?

Ek Tha Tiger is coming from the Director of New York which a serious sort of film and appreiciated by critics. So, it is very likely that ETT will be appreciated by critics. Critics Reviews helps most film keep up during the coming weekdays. But, Salman Khan Movies have defied all critic reviews and work really well despite mixed reviews.

But what really attracts the masses is “Entertaining content of the film”. So, if we say the film is very entertaining plus has excellent critic review then it will get an excellent opening and hold up during the forthcoming days. Net Collections can be around 140-160 crores, considering that its a Friday Release and only two open weeks.

Firstly, Maine Pyaar Kiya Did not make a Million Dollar Overseas. That is a false figure. It Collected $650,000 in the overseas markets. That Figure is not really very high and plenty of films touched that mark soon.

Don 2 Was Declared Super Hit for Collecting 108 crores with budget of 70 crores. Agneepath was Declared Super Hit for 120 crores collections with 62 crores budget. Shouldn’t Agneepath Be Given a Higher status of Blockbuster ?

We Keep a range of Figures for declaring the final verdicts of any film. If We Call Agneepath a Blockbuster than Ready will have to be called an All Time Blockbuster due to much smaller budget and still higher collections, which will not make sense. I hope you are getting the point.

  1. If salman takes 15-20 crores per film than how budget of film is 22 crores

    • Generally, Not all the amount is given forehand. Only a Signing Amount and Some Percentage of Total fees is given. Rest of the Payment is given only after the film is successful. And the Budget of Salman Khan Movies are not 20-22 crores. Dabangg and Ready Were Low Budget because they were produced by Sohail and Arbaaz Khan.

  2. Salman movies doesn’t need critics view. If it’s salman movie, it wud be a blockbuster. Even his low budget movie makes blockbuster record

    • Oh is it?? If you take the last 3 movies of salman..Rest everything was flop or average only…..Salman’s success rate is poor compared to SRK and Aamir..Its a fact

  3. What is the net collection of Ready & Agneepath?? I think agneepath made more money than ready. Agneepath got more good reviews. So why do you meintion about ready so much. Agnnepath is more successful in india and overseas…

    • Well, Ek Tha Tiger is a Friday Release and it might release along with Once upon a Time in Mumbai 2, which is although less likely. But, OUATIM 2 may follow next week. And There is Akshay Kumar’s Joker & Emraan Hashmi’s Raaz 3 to release in second week. So, i said the amount keeoping these factors in mind.

  5. Then why Ra.one has given hit status in India though it collected 114 crores over 150 crore of budget.Then why Agneepath is not a blockbuster?It doesn’t have a point with Ready..can’t they both be blockbuster??

    • Ra One is the second highest grossing movie of bollywood. It made 240 Crores Worldwide. Tats why its a hit. If the budget was not that high..then it would have been All Time Blockbuster.

    ..the performance of movie depends on the festival and other movies releasing on that time if we see all the movies of salman is releases on the eid or other festivals and their was no new movie releases in next 2 or 3 weeks

    • Ready is still highest grosser for Non-festival release. Though it had competition with Double Dhamaal releasing 2 weeks after it’s release. Bodyguard face competition from Mere Brother Ki Dhulan. While Dabangg faced We Are Family.
